Privaira, is a growing Part 135 Air Carrier and private aircraft management company. We are seeking customer service driven crew members to join our team. Privaira delivers excellence in customer flying experience, overall flight operations, and fleet management. We are currently operating a mixed fleet of over aircraft including a Falcon 900B, Hawker 850&900, Lear 60 and Cessna Caravan.

On the ground positions

Director of Maintenance

The Director of Maintenance reports directly to the President. The Director of Maintenance shall hold a mechanic’s certificate with both Airframe and Power plant ratings and have a minimum of three years’ experience within the last six years on aircraft of the same category and class as operated by the Company at the time of their appointment as Director of Maintenance pursuant to §119.71(e). The Director of Maintenance is directly responsible to the President and supervises all company maintenance activities.

A&P Technician / Aviation Maintenance Technician

Mechanics are directly responsible to the Director of Maintenance and the mechanics work consists of any and all tasks generally recognized as, but not limited to, a mechanic’s work on or about an aircraft, its component parts and related equipment, performed at line stations, major stations and shops. Mechanics may be required to inspect and test systems, component parts used and sign for the work performed. They must be capable of performing assigned work satisfactorily to Company standards. Mechanics may be required to instruct less experienced employees. The Mechanic contributes to aircraft safety by maintaining high standards of aeronautical workmanship and inspection standards.

Hospital Confinement Indemnity Insurance: provides a lump-sum benefit for covered hospital confinement and covered outpatient surgery to help offset the gaps caused by co-payments and deductibles in most major medical plans.

Short Term Disability: replaces a portion of your income should you be out of work due to illness or injury.

401k

Company sponsored 401(k) profit sharing program. 100% company match on the first 3% of the base salary and a 50% company match on the following 2% of the base salary. Pre and Post Roth Tax Options also available.

Flexible Spending Account

Pre-tax Medical and Dependent Care FSA available to employees enrolled in the company medical insurance.
