Sales Executive, Associate

The Sales Executive, Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships with both individual prospects and corporate clients, aiming to expand Privaira’s retail and wholesale charter business, drive sales of the Privaira Sky Card and new business development efforts. Beyond conventional sales, this position focuses on nurturing connections and orchestrating moments of top-tier private aviation service tailored to resonate with potential high net worth individuals and corporate entities.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, diligently following up on leads, and actively engaging in sales and business development endeavors. As a high-performing Sales Executive, Associate, individuals are on a trajectory toward a Sales Executive role, with ample support provided to hone foundational skills essential for further advancement within the Privaira sales team.

The Sales Executive, Associate reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, and works closely and within the Privaira Sales team.


  • Develop a robust pipeline comprising high net worth individuals and prominent corporate entities who utilize private aviation services, and adeptly convert their private jet requirements to Privaira.
  • Drive sustained and profitable growth, prioritizing the bottom-line at all times.
  • Cultivate engagement within South Florida communities through targeted networking endeavors to expand the pool of qualified prospects, subsequently converting them into loyal customers.
  • Proactively pursue existing clients and secure new retail business opportunities for Privaira.
  • Champion outside sales development with an unwaveringly positive outlook.
  • Uphold accountability for achieving Privaira’s sales targets for new business acquisitions.
  • Identify promising business prospects through effective prospecting and evaluation methodologies, aiming to fulfill individual sales objectives.
  • Nurture and enhance existing business partnerships by delivering comprehensive support, information, and guidance.
  • Take charge of key client relationships, actively participating in the closure of strategic opportunities when required.
  • Methodically gather and analyze information and data pertinent to customer and prospect opportunities.
  • Continuously expand Privaira’s customer database and execute consistent marketing initiatives targeted towards these clients.
  • Participate in the sales team’s call rotation, ensuring exceptional response times for industry quotes.
  • Implement a structured plan of action encompassing call quotas, appointment schedules, and follow-up strategies.
  • Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Privaira, inspiring others within the organization to embody its values and ethos

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent degree required


  • 3-5 years of experience in Outside Sales in Private Aviation industry is required.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications are a must.
  • Must be able to travel to prospect and client meetings.
  • Ability to establish strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Base Salary + Dynamic Sales Commission Plan
