PRIVAIRA is a growing Part 91 and 135 Air Carrier, private aircraft management company, dedicated to delivering excellence in flight operations, customer service, and fleet management. As an ARG/US Platinum-rated and IS-BAO Stage III certified operator, Privaira maintains a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) and participates in the Industry Audit Program (IAP). We are also Wyvern Operator Registered, underscoring our commitment to operational excellence and safety.

HAWKER 800/850/900 PIC – Pilot in Command

Full-Time – Boca Raton, FL

PRIVAIRA is seeking qualified Pilot in Command candidates for our Midsize jet aircraft for Part 91 and 135 flight operations. It is expected that the candidate lives, or be willing to relocate, within a 2-hour call out time of their home base.

Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The PIC prepares and ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.

We invite experienced pilots who meet the stated minimum education and experience requirements to apply.

LEAR 60/60XR PIC – Pilot in Command

Full-Time – Boca Raton, FL

Sales Executive, Associate

The Sales Executive, Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships with both individual prospects and corporate clients, aiming to expand Privaira’s retail and wholesale charter business, drive sales of the Privaira Sky Card and new business development efforts. Beyond conventional sales, this position focuses on nurturing connections and orchestrating moments of top-tier private aviation service tailored to resonate with potential high net worth individuals and corporate entities.

Manager of Flight Control (MoFC)

Privaira, FAR 135/91 operator based in Boca, FL, is actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned Manager of Flight Control (MoFC). The The Manager of Flight Control (MoFC) is responsible for ensuring the flight following ground services, sales, and passenger operations are coordinated. The Manager of Flight Control (MoFC) administratively supervises Flight Controllers and Crew Schedulers.

Director of Fleet Development

Privaira, FAR 135/91 operator based in Boca, FL, is actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned professional with aircraft management program experience to spearhead the expansion of our managed aircraft fleet. The perfect candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years’ worth of hands-on experience within the business aviation domain, having worked with aircraft management firms, aircraft brokers, manufacturers, charter brokers, or a blend thereof.

A&P Technician / Aviation Maintenance Technician

Mechanics are directly responsible to the Director of Maintenance and the mechanics work consists of any and all tasks generally recognized as, but not limited to, a mechanic’s work on or about an aircraft, its component parts and related equipment, performed at line stations, major stations and shops. Mechanics may be required to inspect and test systems, component parts used and sign for the work performed. They must be capable of performing assigned work satisfactorily to Company standards. Mechanics may be required to instruct less experienced employees. The Mechanic contributes to aircraft safety by maintaining high standards of aeronautical workmanship and inspection standards.

Accident Insurance: helps offset unexpected medical expenses, such as deductibles and co-payments that can result from a fracture, dislocation or other covered accidental injury.

Cancer Insurance: helps offset the out-of-pocket medical and nonmedical expenses related to cancer that most medical plans may not cover. This coverage also provides benefits for specified cancer-screening tests.

Critical Illness Insurance: complements your major medical coverage by providing a lump-sum benefit you can use to help pay the direct and indirect costs related to a covered critical illness.

Short Term Disability: replaces a portion of your income should you be out of work due to illness or injury.

Company sponsored 401(k) profit sharing program. 100% company match on the first 3% of the base salary and a 50% company match on the following 2% of the base salary. Pre and Post Roth Tax Options also available.
